This position as Service Technician Lead, Global Service Sweden is based at the Breas global headquarter in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by the Chinese healthcare group Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. that is traded on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

About the role

The Service Technician Lead is an leading role over the Service Team in Mölnlycke as well as to perform repair, maintenance, function check, fault finding on all BREAS products from customers or BREAS offices globaly. In an effective way communicate internal and external during the process. Develop and finetune the Service Processes for future needs with the increased installed base and new products.  

What you will do

  • Lead and guide the Global Service department in Sweden as a Service Technician Lead.
  • Manage the Complaint/RMA process in Jira, decide on warranty issues and handle on-warranty issues. This includes quotations, reminders and selling of spare parts or replacement product if necessary.
  • Decide on warranty/non-warranty cases, escalate to Tech Support if needed.
  • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service, delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving by close co-operation with Tech Support and Engineering Support
  • Actively work on improvements for serviceing/manufacturing of the products. Lead quality improvement projects and support Engineering during EC-process.  
  • Support other Service / tech support specialists within the organization during problem solving, advice and trainings.
  • Report without any delay on quality deviations or process deviations, even in the event of an action might result in stop or delay, directly to the manager.
  • Report service statistics for KPI build such as faultier rate, warranty vs non-warranty and service mean time to management monthly.

You need to have

  • Good social ability as teamwork is essential
  • Experience in leading staff
  • Experience in project management
  • Technical background, Med Tech is beneficial
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
