We have just launched two new product series within our Vivo range, with a total of seven new ventilator products. These new products enable us in our strive to be our customers preferred choice and the global market leader within the mechanical ventilator product segment.

This position is within our Global HR department and based at Breas global headquarter in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. that is traded on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

We are looking for a Global Compensation and Benefit Specialist to join our team.  You will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards and benefits.

This role will be extremely important in our global HR team supporting the growth of Breas Medical. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that compensation practices & policies are aligned with the organization's strategy and in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture including salary, benefits and bonus systems
  • Process ownership and development of the compensation module in our new HR system together with the HRIS Team
  • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Conduct monthly payroll review and services
  • Keep up to date with new trends and best practice in the field

Key Requirements

  • Previous working experience in an international organization for 5-10 years
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
  • Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits 
  • Good analytical skills and experience with quantitative data collection
  • Knowledge about current employment laws and regulations

You are a positive, socially oriented, self-propelled and proactive. Both operational and strategic. Always like to help & support others.
