As one of our key talents, you will be joining Breas at a very exciting stage of our journey. We have just launched two new product series within our Vivo range, with a total of seven new ventilator products. These new products enable us in our strive to be our customers preferred choice and the global market leader within the mechanical ventilator product segment.

This exciting position is within our International Region department based at the Breas global headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.

 

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support employee (Fixed term contract) for our International Region. You will be responsible for all commercial customer question from International Region and be the pivot point for orders, marketing materials, price lists, training certificates, authorization letters and organization of customer visit to Sweden, as well as sales & technical trainings and congresses in International Region. Moreover, this role provides overall administrative support to the Team international Region and helps to improve our internal processes.

You will interact on a daily basis with multiple Breas Sweden departments to ensure operational efficiency and to increase our customer satisfaction in international Sales region.

  • Help to coordinate customer and other sales events in the region.
  • Support sales operations and supporting the sales team with the tendering process logistics, special payments processing, as needed.
  • Support sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
  • Update customer records in the company database as required
  • Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
  • Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Regional Manager immediately.
  • Aware of and comply with the Breas Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position.

 

Experience you will bring

  • We see that you have experience in customer services & marketing
  • Have high communication skills
  • Excellent communication in English (in writing & speaking).
  • Preferable Speaking more languages (e.g. Japanese, ...)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and experience in global environment
  • Act with customer in mind have a service and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes
