Sourcing Manager

As  Sourcing Manager you will play a key part in projects related to our products and next generation CPAP and ventilators. Together with Operations and Engineering team completing project schedule on time. Responsibilities include:

• Work with our suppliers to meet and fulfil our goals on Quality, Cost and service level.
• Conduct operational and strategic sourcing activities e.g., deploy Project Purchasing Processes, Milestones, Reviews, Reporting Dashboards and build Cost Road maps and Spend analysis.
• Plan, organize and manage the purchasing projects, lead supplier negotiations and agreement discussions. Monitor and  manage suppliers’ capacities, quality, economic objectives and Supplier Quality, especially in case of quality/capacity issues.
• Support Global Sourcing with strategic decision, analysis, and improvement initiatives related to project sourcing globally.
• For new product designs, support R&D project managers with respect to supplier interactions (e.g., pricing and delivery  negotiations, supply and quality agreements, placing of purchase orders). 

Experience/Education

• 5 years’ experience in sourcing/purchasing or similar position
• BS or MS degree preferably in engineering
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Strong experience in project management
• Knowledge of mechanical/electronic engineering
• Knowledge of ERP system and MS Office
• flexibility, quality driven , motivation to take on new challenges and eagerness to learn are essential
