We are looking for a Service Technician who wants to work in a company that is striving to make an impact and change the world of home mechanical ventilation for the better.
You will be joining Breas at a very exciting stage of our journey. We have launched two new product series within our Vivo range, with a total of seven new ventilator products. These new products will help us grow globally and enable us to be our customers preferred choice within the mechanical ventilator product segment.
This exciting position is within our Service department based at our Breas global headquarters in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Breas Medical is owned by Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.
We are looking for
We are looking for a Service Technician with a couple of years’ experience in a technical/service role. You will be responsible for perform maintenance, fault investigation and repair to loan, demonstration and returned customers’ equipment. Manage the RMA process in Jira, decide on warranty issues and handle non-warranty issues. This includes quotations, reminders and selling of spare parts. You will also be utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving
