Product Manager- Americas

Breas Medical provides a full line of innovative respiratory medical devices to our patients. As one of our key talents, you will be joining Breas at a very exciting stage of our journey. Breas is heavily expanding in the Homecare ventilator business with our new products. These new products enable us to be our customers preferred choice and the global market leader within the mechanical ventilator product segment.

This individual must be multi-faceted capable of routine product management duties supporting the Breas ventilation products, develop and lead advertising campaigns, lead tradeshow activities and other marketing activities assigned. The Product Manager is representing the Americas region in assigned global product management committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities in the Americas
• Continuously gather information about market trends, customer needs, clinical trends, competition related to ventilation
• Provide product training to the sales force and customers
• Assist sales reps in the field in contacts with key customers
• Manage local pricing to grow the business while maintaining our margins
• Create advertising and promotional materials
• Organize participation in congresses and lead trade shows and exhibition activities
• Build a network of key opinion leaders in the region
• Participate in the Sales & Marketing Committee and New Product introduction Committee
• Work with Global Product Management to include needs of the regions into the product lifecycle strategy based on business cases
• Create and lead product marketing collateral development
• Lead product bench studies
• Lead value proposition and customer messaging
• Lead all local white paper and customer testimonial development
• Manage and develop all marcom (social media, etc) activities 
• Lead Americas specific marketing communications with global marketing

Minimum Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management within medical devices, ventilation preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant markets for the Breas portfolio: hospital and homecare ventilation with a strong preference to homecare (DME)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline. Master's degree in Business a PLUS
• Leadership acumen in leading functional teams (no direct reports) and projects
• Combination of strategic competence and hands-on attitude
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and process skills
• Team work oriented
• Ability to work cross-functionally
