Are you our next Clinical Application Specialist?

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) based in France. As a vital member of our organization, the CAS will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business by providing essential clinical and product support to our customers in France.

The role is also responsible for supporting Breas’ Education By Breas program within the region, alongside support from the Global Clinical Team as well as providing detailed clinical market feedback about the Breas products and supporting with post market surveillance of the Breas portfolio.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and execute basic & advanced product trainings, webinars and white papers within the given budget.
  • Maintain and develop excellent clinical and application knowledge relevant for the business and identify threats and opportunities for the company.
  • Develop awareness and familiarity with market trends, relevant research, government regulatory impact and competitive influences.
  • Contribute to the clinical and sales strategies for the Breas products to achieve the highest added value.
  • Establish and maintain close contacts and collaboration with clinicians (directly and through sales organization) to build a network of high profile customers.
  • Provide education to customers through clinical training and product trainings.
  • Develop competition intelligence to support the field with counter arguments and selling advantages that can drive value for customers.
  • Report data from and to scientific congresses, customer seminars and internal training events to the Global Clinical Team.
  • Localize Breas marketing materials and tools.
  • Organise educational activities to improve Breas brand recognition.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Distributor’s Sales team and support the team during joint customer visits.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.

  • 5+ years ‘clinical experience in Respiratory Medical Device Industry.
  • Consistent track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build solid customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a self-starter/self-motivator.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and territory management skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results.
  • Extensive experience in sleep, ventilation and airway clearance both in hospital and home care environment.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English language.
