Are you our next Manufacturing Service Technician?

We are seeking a new employee for the role of Manufacturing Service Technician in our Swedish manufacturing facility. The responsibilities include improving assembly technical and quality levels, addressing technical disruptions promptly, and serving as a primary liaison between Operations and Engineering support/QA.

Main responsibilities

  • Will ensure that all technical equipment specified as necessary within production and distribution is in validated status.
  • Will be responsible for the hands-on assembly training within production and distribution.
  • Will ensure all instruments used in production and distribution are calibrated. (Calibration Technician role)
  • Lead and drive the yield collaboration groups for Operations.
  • Responsible for process of non-conforming (NC) material.
  • Responsibility for investigations and analysis of deviating components and devices.
  • Visualize the weekly yield progress.
  • Work together with other functions to implement continuous improvements.
  • Keeping work instructions updated.
  • Implementing production tools and aids for assembly lines.
  • Actively suggesting assembly quality improvements.
  • ESD coordinator, establish and maintain the ESD control program.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.

You have experience within electronics and assembly of electronic devices in both an assembly level and a technical trouble shooting role.

You are socially outgoing, have the attitude to take responsibility for own tasks, competences and beyond. Self-propelled, good at prioritization and structured with the ability to work cross-functionally. Have project or teamwork experience. High communication and documentation skills. Speaking & writing in Swedish and English.

  • Secondary high school or equivalent
  • Experience in PCB assembly 
  • Flexible, open-minded team player with written and verbal communication skills in both English & Swedish
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to work effectively in manufacturing and team environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
