We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-line support for our end users utilizing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless functionality of our ERP system.

Even thou Breas is a global company our Head office is still located in Sweden where it was founded over 30 years ago. The position is based in Mölnlycke with the possibility of hybrid work.

Main responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for end user support requests related to Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • Respond to and manage support tickets via Jira ticketing system promptly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, configurations, and user errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and business stakeholders to address complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance and training to end users on system features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Previous experience providing technical support for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Jira or similar ticketing systems for managing support requests.
  • Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
