As our Global IT & Digitalization Director, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey—leading a talented global IT team, shaping our digital strategy, and ensuring that our technology landscape supports our business ambitions. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and future-proof our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership

• Develop and execute the global IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the IT team in delivering robust and scalable IT services and solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to drive innovation and digital transformation.

Digital Transformation

• Lead digitalization initiatives to improve business processes and enhance customer experience.
• Implement cutting-edge technologies, including automation, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Oversee global IT infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and cybersecurity best practices.

Technology Integration & Innovation

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to advance digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to incorporate digital solutions into products.
• Drive company-wide adoption of digital tools to enhance productivity.

Budget & Resource Management

• Develop and manage the global IT budget, optimizing expenditures and vendor management.
• Oversee IT procurement to ensure cost efficiency and strategic value.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global IT team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of IT management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.

👨‍💻 Team Size: 6 direct reports located in Sweden, USA, UK, and India
