Do you bring a deep understanding of the US healthcare market and thrive in cross-functional leadership roles? If so, this is your opportunity to shape the future of Breas Medical’s life support solutions on a global stage.

We are on a transformational journey – and at the same time, a period of accelerated global growth, with significant momentum in many countries including the United States. You can have your base in US or Europe and will report to the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, based in Europe.

  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance across regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize impact and resource allocation.
  • Initiate strategic marketing activities to strengthen product update, improve solution positioning, and address portfolio gaps.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, leading a matrixed leadership team.
  • Champion new products and solutions initiatives, owning business case development and securing alignment through the Portfolio Board.
  • Ensure strong commercial readiness through collaboration with regional marketing and sales teams, tailoring global strategies for local success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory developments to inform agile, insight-driven decisions.
