Production Support Engineer

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support leadership for production teams.
• Investigate design-related manufacturing issues.
• Provide documentation and hands-on support for safety, manufacturing, quality methods, tooling, and equipment.
• Train production staff on device manufacturing.
• Propose, initiate, and validate process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Lead design transfers and implement new products into production and design changes.
• Support product label design, creation and implementation.
• Supervise ETL/NRTL factory inspections (Intertek, Nemko, SCA, Curtis Strauss)
• Production KPI follow-up and statistics, incl. Production yield

🎓 Your Background

• Degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, MDR) is a plus.
