Breas has long been known for its Swedish design, reliable technology and ease of use. Breas offers a comprehensive line of respiratory medical devices in Homecare Life Support Ventilation, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Airway Clearance and CPAP treatment.

Breas is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of Your personal information. This Privacy Notice explains Our data collection and use practices with respect to the Workbuster website. By using the pages in Workbuster, You, as a User of Workbuster, agree to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Notice. If You agree to the terms set forth herein, tick the “I Agree” box to apply for a position at Breas.

The personal data We collect will be used for the following purposes:

• For You to apply for a position or submit a spontaneous application at Breas.
• Sending You a confirmation email that Your application was received and to notify You about position updates, book interviews, and provide additional information.

• Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller or third party, unless the processing is overridden by the vital interests, including rights and freedoms

By consenting to this Privacy Notice, You are giving Us permission to process Your personal data specifically for the purposes identified.

Consent is required for Breas to process these types of personal data, but it must be explicitly given. Where We are asking You for sensitive personal data We will always tell You why and how the information will be used.

1.3 Disclosure

Breas will share Your personal data with third parties. The following third parties will receive Your personal data for the following purpose(s) as part of the processing activities:

Workbuster: Your personal data (name, photo, email address, phone number, Your LinkedIn profile link, work history, educational history, personal interests) will be processed for the following purposes:

• For You to apply for a position or submit a spontaneous application at Breas.
• Sending You a confirmation email that your application was received and to notify You about position updates, book interviews, and provide additional information.

1.4 Retention period

Breas will process Your personal data for two years and one month. Once You have requested to have Your account closed then Breas will delete all personal data within two weeks of the request.

1.5 Your rights as a data subject

At any point while We are in possession of or processing Your personal data, You, the data subject, have the following rights:

• Right of access – You have the right to request a copy of the information that We hold about You.
• Right of rectification – You have a right to correct data that We hold about You that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances You can ask for the data We hold about You to be erased from Our records.
• Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply to have a right to restrict the processing.
• Right of portability – You have the right to have the data We hold about You transferred to another organisation.
• Right to object – You have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
• Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – You also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
• Right to judicial review: in the event that Breas refuses Your request under rights of access, We will provide You with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain as outlined in clause 1.6 below.
