As a Global Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in driving global sourcing strategies and managing key supplier relationships across all Breas regions. You will lead commercial negotiations, develop suppliers, and work cross-functionally to secure the best balance of cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability performance.

The position is based in Sweden with a fully global scope and includes approximately 30–40 days of travel per year. You will report directly to the Global Sourcing Director.

Main responsibilities

  • Drive total cost management for assigned global suppliers (price, terms, MOQ, lead time, value engineering)
  • Lead global commercial negotiations and manage supplier agreements together with Legal, QA/RA, and R&D
  • Develop and execute global category strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage and develop the supplier base in line with global sourcing policies and quality requirements
  • Support supplier quality activities together with QA (e.g., NCs, SCARs)
  • Ensure compliance with ESG requirements across assigned suppliers
  • Support product development projects with supplier-related activities
  • Act as escalation point for critical supplier issues
  • Collaborate with Global and local Planning teams to secure supply continuity, identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Drive and support implementation of digital procurement development, analytics, and data-driven decision-making

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Several years of experience in global strategic procurement and category management
  • Solid negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience from regulated industries (e.g. MedTech, Pharma etc)
  • Experience from ERP systems and procurement tools
  • Analytical mindset with structured way of working
  • Interest and capability in digital procurement (analytics, dashboards, AI-supported insights)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
